Within the Equiling-Madrid participatory action-research, and as a central part of the project’s objectives, students of the Modern Languages, Culture and Communication, and Asian and African Studies degrees, develop projects that they have designed and put into practice to promote intercultural relations and multilingualism on Campus in different areas, from the reception services, cafeterias, leisure spaces and teaching, with resources such as: signage, reception guides and multilingual information leaflets, volunteer programs, awareness workshops, educational materials. In this case we present the Initiative for the dissemination and normalisation of other varieties of Spanish, developed by Ana Martínez, Ángela Palao, Mariana Brime, Felipe Escanciano.
